Machine Shop Assistant 

Dependable, mechanically inclined individual to cut material, deburr, perform miscellaneous machine shop duties and learn basic machining. Must be able to:

• read blueprints
• read and use micrometers / calipers
• use a Chop Saw and Band Saw.
• perform secondary operations such as tapping, countersinking, deburring and assembly.
• remove burrs or excess metal from machined parts.
